What type of work does NMCA do?
NMCA partners with water and environmental organizations in the state of New Mexico to provide youth with paid volunteerism opportunities. We collaborate with our partners to assist them with a wide range of conservation projects. In achieving our mission, NMCA provides early career development training to youth across the state.

What type of employment opportunities do we offer?
NMCA hires youth to complete summer programs -- these programs range from 300 hours to 640 hours long. Youth who participate in our summer programs are hourly compensated, receive hands-on career development, and are eligible to receive an educational award upon program completion.
